Applying for Apprenticeships

How you apply varies from one provider to another.  Check www.workabout .org.uk for local vacancies. Also register at the national apprenticeship website www.apprenticeships.org.uk. You will have to fill in an application form (some applications are online) and have an interview with a Training Provider.  You will also complete an initial assessment form and attend interviews with companies that are offering apprenticeships.  Competition for places is fierce.  To increase your chances you should apply to relevant local companies yourself.
